Deadline for Thanksgiving Baskets is November 1, 2015. Deadline for Christmas Baskets is November 25, 2015. We don't guarantee that we will be able to supply food baskets this year.
Toys are provided in partnership with the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation. Please fill out the required information. Be sure to include your email address so that we can contact you with pick up information. Centennial is located at 1029 East Monument Street, Baltimore,MD 21202. We cannot guarantee toys for children over 10. Any request for over 5 children will be verified! You must fill out a separate form for each child. Toys for Tots is intended for children in need!
